The event is on Thursday March 21st, at 6:30 pm, at the Wolff Auditorium on the Gonzaga University campus. It will be a panel discussion with Tom Stahl, a central Washington conventional wheat farmer as our keynote speaker. This event is informative, and we are trying to get members of the community more involved and more invormed about the issue of GE foods and I-522.

Food forests are an essential tool in the Permaculture toolkit. But temperate soils, and hence temperate climate food forests are distinct from tropical and subtropical food forests. Strategies differ and starting and end points are likewise different. Join Ed Bryant for a discussion of temperate forest gardening and the techniques we can use here in the Inland Northwest to build food forests.
