This website is a platform for Permaculturists of the Spokane bioregion to share what we know. Teach by example. Brag a little. Ask questions. Tell the world how you are terraforming your own environment. What tricks have you learned? What do you have to trade?
We are just rebuilding this website now, and we're not sure what to do with it other than be a central information clearinghouse for the 2025 Spokane Permaculture Symposium that is being planned for August 16 & 17. That said, potentially this website could also provide information and services useful to the regional permaculture community. Maybe we can put our heads together during the Symposium and come up with some ideas. One aspect of this is that users might soon be able to develop their own pages on this site to showcase their own permaculture projects with text, photos and video. We can show the world how permaculture's "embarrassingly simple" solutions to the world's polycrisis look in real life. Nothing speaks louder than tangible examples.
